We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been named as a finalist in the ‘Best Use of Digital in Primary Care’ category at the Health Tech Awards 2021.
Our CliniTouch Vie digital health platform has been helping Dr Amit Rama, GP Clinical Lead at Rushey Mead Health Centre, to remotely monitor his care home patients since June 2020.
Since using the platform, there has been reduced hospital admissions, better use of clinical time and resources and richer patient data, including dementia reviews, mobility and early signs of deterioration. We’re one of seven finalists in the ‘Best Use of Digital in Primary Care’ category, with the winners set to be announced on 7th October.
This comes hot on the heels of the fantastic news that we won the ‘Supporting Healthcare Teams through Technology’ award at the Forward Healthcare Awards 2021.
