1. The UK’s top 100 best mid-sized companies to work for

With rankings based upon an independent survey, Best Companies has also recognised Spirit’s engagement levels as ‘World Class’ with a three-star accreditation (the highest accolade).

Given the extraordinary twists and turns of the past year, this is an amazing achievement.
