The role provides a brilliant, customer focused administrative service to plan and co-ordinate the delivery of implementation programs nationally. The successful candidate will arrange meetings, diaries, computerised searches, mail merges and clinics to meet demand/contractual obligations, as well as database/KPI management and supporting the development of service solutions. As a successful candidate you will be a self-starter, highly motivated in achieving brilliant results. You have experience of customer service, liaising regularly with stakeholders over the telephone and are an excellent communicator at all levels. You are excited by the role, confident, familiar with tight deadlines, committed to our goals and values, going above and beyond the job description.
