We acknowledge that there is a long-term political aim for primary care to work together in this way but, within the PCN, also feel that it is important that Practices can maintain their identities and be respected in decision making and communication. During the first couple of years of our PCN, we have seen great benefits in sharing good practice, achieving projects, recruiting, and sharing staff, and more recently in supporting each other during the coronavirus outbreak and vaccination programme.
