The Role

This role would provide varied administrative responsibilities that ultimately support our three Leicestershire practices in supporting patients. Although this role is not patient facing, it provides the opportunity to work in a unique setting to provide outstanding patient care. This involves reading, coding and distributing correspondence to various clinical staff and taking responsibility for any non clinical requests where possible. This department is new and has been operational for 12 months, so there is the opportunity for you to grow professionally and make an impact.

Shift Pattern:

Monday – AM, Tuesday PM, Wednesday AM, Thursday PM & Friday AM.

As a successful candidate you are confident, professional with the ability to work independently.  You will posses excellent communication skills that enable you to interact positively with a wide range of clinical and non-clinical primary care staff, whilst ensuring that a consistently high level of service and patient care is provided at all times. You will be flexible, reliable and thrive on fast pace and change.
