As a Delivery Manager, you play a pivotal role in shaping the successful delivery of our products and services. This role is instrumental in cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. Beyond managing stakeholder expectations and supplier performance, the role involves:
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Managing delivery and effectively mitigating risks.
- Monitoring and managing key performance indicators (KPIs)
It is pivotal to the successful delivery of products and services, meticulously tracked and monitored through project timelines, resources, metrics, progress, and performance.
Adaptability and flexibility are key in embracing change, all whilst being accountable for outcomes to foster a culture of responsibility and trust. Your collaborative approach to problem-solving will consider perspectives and value work achieved within the team, contributing to a shared knowledge environment. In the face of setbacks, your resilience maintains focus on delivering value for both Spirit and its customers.

As a successful candidate you will have a blend of skills in leadership, relationship-building, and results-driven delivery with the experience to match. Your positive spirit inspires team resilience and motivation during challenging times. Your proactive mindset ensures efficient delivery by anticipating issues and identifying opportunities swiftly.
You will hold (or be working towards) an industry recognised project management qualification.
You’ll have demonstrable experience in successfully delivering projects, cultivating strong relationships with suppliers and adeptly managing the team. Your ability to strike a balance between cost and value, coupled with effective communication skills, is crucial.
You will bring confidence, be familiar with tight deadlines, and have a commitment to our goals and values. You thrive on fast pace and change, seeking alternative perspectives to make us (and you) the best we can be.
