The Role is key to delivering an exceptional, effective administration and customer-focused service, planning and coordinating our structured diabetes education service nationally. The role will require applicants to work evenings and occasional Saturday Mornings. Ideally, candidates will be available to work from 15:00 – 20:00 during weekdays and 09:00 – 13:00 every other Saturday. Shift pattern is negotiable.
You are familiar with working in a fast-paced environment, technically aware and organise your time effectively. You are proficient in and have experience of a booking centre / administration / customer services role. You work autonomously and are a confident communicator. You want to make a difference.
