This role is for a fixed term contract, covering maternity leave, for a period of 15 months reporting to the People Director. The role will be responsible for providing an exceptional, fun, compliant and service minded, generalised function as well as leading our HR administration support team. The role will manage a wide and varied range of HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, TUPE, employee relations, data management and various internal projects.
As a successful candidate, you have previous experience in a like role. Previous experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential. As a key member of the HR Team, you enjoy a fast paced, change focused environment with a passion for people and making a difference to others. You are organised, have exceptional collaboration skills, and like to work with a high level of autonomy.
