The purpose of the Key Account Executive role is to support the Regional Business Director by selling Spirit’s value proposition across four therapy areas to new and existing customers. This includes prospecting and networking to develop new leads and gaining access to medicines management teams at targeted CCGs.
The Key Account Executive will monitor and map changing NHS structures, including PCNs, GP federations and the move from CCGs to Integrated Care Systems.
This is a remote position (working from home) which is expected to evolve into a promotion to a field-based Key Account Manager from April 2022, based on performance, capability and living the Spirit values of brilliance, vigour and family.
While the Key Account Executive role is initially home-based; you must live in London to enable transition to field-based account management of the area in the future.

You have been selling in healthcare for between 1-2 years and are looking for a defined career path to field-based key account management. You have evidence of sales success, lead generation and building stakeholder relationships in a sales representative or senior customer service role. As a successful candidate you are highly motivated and dedicated to providing a brilliant service across the businesses. You are excited and committed to our goals and values, an excellent communicator at all levels and thrive on fast pace and change.
