The role provides a brilliant, customer focused administrative service to plan and co-ordinate the delivery of implementation programs nationally. The successful candidate will conduct outward bound calls to GP practices to encourage service uptake, arrange meetings, computerised searches, mail merges and clinics to meet demand/contractual obligations, as well as database/KPI management and supporting the development of service solutions.

You have experience of customer service, liaising regularly with stakeholders over the telephone and are an excellent communicator at all levels.
