As an independent service provider to the NHS of over 14 years, we work primarily with medicines optimisation teams and primary care teams to help strategise and deliver initiatives at speed and scale. Appropriate use, access and uptake
There are two solutions we can provide to meet this opportunity. The first solution is Active Implementation™️, our bespoke medicines optimisation service that includes patient reviews, clinics, and audits conducted by our Spirit team of Nurses, Pharmacists, and Technicians to reduce medication usage to deliver brilliant results.

Our second solution is a deprescribing tech platform we're working on that is due to be launched 2024. This tool will hopefully provide a solution to complex deprescribing and as we are in the final stages of development, we're currently looking at recruiting pilot sites with a couple of spots available on a first-come, first-served basis. We’re in the final stages of developing a deprescribing tech platform that is due to be launched in 2024. This tool will hopefully provide a solution to complex deprescribing with antidepressants, one of our the platform's current focus.

Our team of expert Nurses, Pharmacists, Technicians and Project Managers conduct patient reviews and audits to identify which patients are eligible to switch to lower carbon emission inhalers. We then implement the agreed changes and switch eligible patients. In turn, this can improve patient outcomes, lower emissions and deliver cost savings.
