We are proud to provide a range of education services to help people with long-term conditions, including our award-winning diabetes education programme, EMPOWER, our versatile Booking Hub, and our innovative low-calorie diet programme.

Our services are well-attended with high conversion rates, gaining commission in nine Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) across the UK. We are quick to mobilise and can tailor our services to make them easy and accessible for both patients and healthcare providers.
