Simple and effective services, backed by experience
Our family includes a wide range of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, healthcare assistants, researchers, and scientists, all of which adds up to hundreds of years of direct NHS experience. So, you can be assured that we can support our patients and partners with the correct expertise.
We continuously improve our education services through patient feedback, priding ourselves on our collaborative approach to make health easy and accessible for all.
We are transparent, offering detailed reports to ICS and ICB leads including KPIs, uptake rates, and patient feedback.
"Being able to resume diabetes education virtually has been so important to our patients’ health and wellbeing, especially while these patients remain at high risk of COVID-19. Working with Spirit to provide quick additional capacity of digital education services has been invaluable to the system, working at pace has meant we have been able to reduce our backlog within months rather than years."
Ian Butcher, Diabetes & CVD Transformation and Development Manager, NHS Kent & Medway ICB
